Dear students, doctoral candidates, university alumni!

We would like to invite you to the 28th edition of The Summer Seminar, organized by The Tertio Millennio Institute and The Ethics and Public Policy Center (Washington, DC). The invitation is extended especially towards students who are involved in their university’s life and/or social, political or religious communities and organizations.

Taking place between the 1st and 18th of July 2019 in Cracow, it is open to students and graduates from North America and from Central, Eastern and South-Western Europe – Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia.
Each year’s seminar group includes 30 -36 students.

Classes, delivered exclusively in English, will regard issues revolving around culture, politics, and the economy of free society, democracy and capitalism. Lectures reflect on contemporary history in view of the social teachings of the Church, particularly in reference to Pope John Paul II (Centesimus Annus, 1991). The school is opened for people of all denominations and beliefs.

Lectures will be delivered by famous religious and political leaders such as George Weigel and Maciej Zięba OP.
We support 12 fellowships for Eastern-Central Europe, which include tuition fees, accomodation, meals and excursions. Students will only have to cover the travel expenses to and from Cracow. We provide visa invitations to Poland for people from Eastern European countries.

Deadline for applications is April 28th 2019.
